Cancel Policy
We understand that cancellations may happen for various reasons. If a passenger cancels a ride, no refund will be issued. However, if we cancel the ride, we will provide a full refund, returning 100% of the funds to your account. All cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests will be reviewed by the owner on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
- No refund if passenger pays for the ride and does not use services.
- No refund if passenger was disrespectful to the driver or other passengers.
- No refund if passenger is a no show at pickup and/or drop location.
- No refund if passenger changes pickup and/or drop off location and does not show up.
- No refund for any traffic delay that causes us to be late for pickup or drop off.
- No refund if passenger did not call and text to verify pickup location.
